  • Online
    The device is healthy
  • Offline
    The device has lost connection. If this persists contact Customer care.
  • Idle
    The device is expected to be offline and will be moved to "online" automatically when a connection is re-established.
  • Unregistered
    An unregistered device is a placeholder for the physical hardware to be connected.
