You need the Admin Panel to efficiently manage user and customer creation and configuration across various services, eliminating the need to switch between multiple systems. By connecting the ZetaDisplay EcoSystem, you can create users in and simultaneously provision them to necessary applications. 

The Admin Panel allows centralized control over user access to different applications, creation of customers, setting default permissions, managing application access for customers, and enabling customers to self-create users. Additionally, it facilitates user profile management, password and multi-factor authentication resets, configuration of password security settings, and Single Sign-On connections.
